Is BidAsFiled affiliated with Delta, NavBLUE, or ALPA?
No. BidAsFiled is an independent product operated by RAINIER CAPITAL LLC. We are not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Delta Air Lines, NavBLUE, the Air Line Pilots Association, or any airline, union, or employer. You are solely responsible for the bid you submit.
Does the PBS Emulator guarantee my award?
No. The Emulator simulates how PBS would walk your bid — pairwise legality, the rolling rest and credit rules, and filling to the credit window — but it's an estimate for planning, not the official NavBLUE PBS result. Seniority, last-minute schedule changes, and rule nuances can move the outcome. Always verify against official PBS and your contract before you file; you're responsible for your own bid.
Do I have to share my bid package or login with you?
No. You never give us your Delta credentials, your NavBLUE login, or any union credentials. The bid package data is fetched on our side each month and made available to you in the app — you just sign in with Google or a magic-link email and start scoring.
What happens at the end of the month when a new bid package drops?
Your subscription rolls seamlessly into the next month's package. Saved scoring presets carry over, your last-active preset is remembered per base and fleet, and you can start ranking the new pairings immediately. No re-setup required.
What happens if I cancel during the free trial?
You won't be charged anything. Cancel any time in the first 30 days from your account page and that's the end of it — no card charge, no partial month.
Do you offer refunds after the trial?
We don't prorate or refund partial months as a default policy, but if something goes wrong — the app breaks on your browser, you got charged after you meant to cancel, whatever — email support and we'll sort it out.
Can I sign in without a Google account?
Yes. In addition to Google sign-in, you can request a one-time magic-link email to any address (yahoo, outlook, a personal domain, whatever you use). Click the link, you're signed in. No password to remember.
